Four Poster Super King Room (Per person, per night)
1 Night - £65.00

Additional Information
We do not have any single rooms, but the Barn rooms are occasionally available for single occupancy at the room rate (above) with a 10% discount for single occupancy. There is a minimum booking requirement of two
nights on a weekend and three nights on a Bank Holiday weekend.
A single night may occasionally be available at short notice.

Arrival & Departure Time
Check in is strictly between 4pm and 6pm when I will be available
to meet you and show you to your room. It would be greatly
appreciated if guests could vacate their room by 10am.
Deposit
A deposit of £50.00 per room is required to confirm the booking,
with the balance due on departure. The deposit
is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment
Accounts can be settled by Cash, Debit Card, Cheque or Credit Card.
Cancellations
A booking once accepted is a contract between the guest and Brickfields Farm. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, and where we are unable
to re-let the room, guests may be liable to pay the full amount of the booking. If you have any concerns about this we strongly recommend that guests consider taking out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
Evening Meals
There is a wide range of restaurants and dining pubs in the area, and I will
be happy to advise and give suggestions, or help with booking a table.
