ACCESSIBILTY INFORMATION
The "Barn" suites are all generously proportioned ground floor rooms between 240 and 400 square feet affording plenty of space to move around and with access to a single level patio where guests of all levels of mobility can enjoy the outside space and beautiful views
Shower/bathrooms are wet room style with room to use shower stools made readily available to guests if needed.
“Buttercup” room, which is particularly useful for wheelchair users, has a walk in wet room accessed via a wider door with a lowered sink, rise and fall shower and integral shower seat. Each room has access to .
Televisions have subtitles available and larger text versions of our room information and menus are available upon request.
The breakfast room is accessed via reception through double doors which can accommodate wheelchairs however guests can choose to have breakfast delivered to their room if preferred and special diets can be catered for i.e. softened or pureed foods.
"Stables" room is not suitable for guests with extremely limited mobility due to a split level lobby.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
Check in is between 3pm and 6pm when we will be available to meet you and show you to your room. If your check in is going to be outside of the above times we would appreciate a call 48 hours prior to ensure we have personnel available to meet you. On the day of departure, it would be greatly appreciated if guests could vacate their room by 11am.
ADDITIONAL iNFORMATION
There is a minimum booking requirement of two nights on a weekend and three nights on a Bank Holiday weekend during peak season. A single night may occasionally be available at short notice or during the winter months. We do not have any family rooms and we are unable to accommodate children Two of our rooms also allow up to one pet at an additional charge of £15 per night. All rooms are Non Smoking.
PAYMENT
Accounts can be settled by Cash, Debit Card, Cheque or Credit Card.
CANCELLATIONS
A booking once accepted is a contract between the guest and Brickfields Farm. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, and where we are unable to re-let the room, guests may be liable to pay the full amount of the booking. If you have any concerns about this we strongly recommend that guests consider taking out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of £50.00 per room is required to confirm the booking,
with the balance due on departure. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
