It's Official

It's official we are open as of the 4th July and super looking forward to welcoming our guests back. We have got everything covered, space, flexible food service, fastidious staff (not mentioning any names Helen and Fiona) risk assessments done, complimentary protection kit for July as well as those wide open spaces and those views...see for miles! Come on get yourselves over here and let us spoil you (at an appropriate distance)

Brilliant to be getting so many late summer bookings and enquiries... we will keep our returning guests and potential guests up to date with the latest news about Brickfields Farm reopening...we have everything crossed for July!

Another Delicious Dish from the Brickfields Kitchen...

Whilst we have some time waiting for things to get back to normal we are testing out some new options to add to our room service menu. This one is Karen's own creation ...layers of butternut squash, roasted red onions, celeriac, kale, spinach comte, mozzarella, parmigiana seasoned and topped with our own home grown micro leaves, served in a delicious tomato bisque

. We will be making a vegan version too!!
