Whilst we have some time waiting for things to get back to normal we are testing out some new options to add to our room service menu. This one is Karen's own creation ...layers of butternut squash, roasted red onions, celeriac, kale, spinach comte, mozzarella, parmigiana seasoned and topped with our own home grown micro leaves, served in a delicious tomato bisque

. We will be making a vegan version too!!

Whilst we have been busy sprucing up the rooms ready for guests we have been working on our "In-house Menu" ...this week testing out a couple of our potential vegetarian/vegan options. Mushroom Wellington and Karen's own creation "Layer Cake" layers of butternut squash, roasted red onion, waxy potatoes, kale, spinach topped with our own home grown micro leaves beautifully seasoned and held together with comte, mozzarella and a shaving of parmiginia served with a silky smooth tomato bisque...test eater (carnivore) scoffed it in seconds!!!

Following on from the Government announncement Sunday 12th May 2020...we are working toward Brickfields farm re-opening July! We are lucky enough to have a very unique environment here with self contained rooms and only one communal area. As ex health professionals we already operate high standards of hygiene, cross infection control and barrier cleaning so guests can be reassured the environment is as safe as any.
