Whilst we have some time waiting for things to get back to normal we are testing out some new options to add to our room service menu. This one is Karen's own creation ...layers of butternut squash, roasted red onions, celeriac, kale, spinach comte, mozzarella, parmigiana seasoned and topped with our own home grown micro leaves, served in a delicious tomato bisque
. We will be making a vegan version too!!
